Staff were amazing, solved any issues really fast. Hotel had free umbrellas available to borrow. Daily cleaning, as well

The location is strategically placed just a few minutes walk from the Hongo-sanchome subway station. Although the hotel is inside a small alley, big roads filled with many restaurants and convenient stores are just outside the alley. Therefore, it is relatively calm at night and good for taking a good sleep. Not all staff can accommodate English conversation but all of them are always helpful in assisting with any inquiries. Regarding the amenities, I personally like the hand/face wash because it does not make skin dry.
The carpet inside the room is clean. However, I believe it will be better if the hotel changes all carpet with new ones.
